  Not only were they slow but when I stepped inside and told them I was missing a item from my order the cashier looked at me like I asked for a kidney. Just terrible.

  Poor service this is my last time coming to this restaurant! The last two times we came here they weren't busy at all but the dining room is a mess trash on the floors and tables we had to wipe a table of just to sit and eat. The breading on the original chicken wasn't all the way done! I was asked is this for here or to go and I answered dine in and cashier said we close at 9pm it was 8:30pm so I asked her if we had to leave she said no but you could tell she really wanted us to leave.
  Before we came we called and inquired about the family meals so that everyone wouldn't have to go all the way to wrens since we live in Thomson and this is the closest KFC to us and the person on the phone says they don't have any family meals but now we understand since we over heard one of the ladies in the back get mad cause someone ordered a lot of chicken in the drive thru. "Now I'm gonna have to cook more" is that not what they're here for!!!!
  This place needs a change and quick or it will be going out of business like so many others around it really sucks for us the fans of this brand to see this happen. The product is good when done right but it's not being done right here!
